I’ve been reflecting on one of my favorite Proverbs, 9:9,10:
“Do not rebuke a mocker (arrogant person) or he will hate you; rebuke a wise man and he will love you. Instruct a wise man and he will be wiser still.”
This reminds me that I have much to learn and that I can learn from everyone with whom I come into contact. I try to find at least one “takeaway” from every conversation, discussion, article, book, seminar or other experience I have. Someone said we will be the same person in five years as we are today except for the people we meet and the books we read. How true. My counsel is to be a continual learner as you go through life. It will definitely enhance the journey.
