Is there an area of your life that is not going well and that is frustrating to you? We all have these from time to time. The question is how to we handle them. Two key questions to ask yourself come to mind:
- What’s keeping you from getting the results you want?
- What are you going to do about it?
This is a good starting point. They say defining a problem or challenge is half the battle. Identify what it is that is holding you back and explore possible actions to address it. Then pick the best one and implement it. It may be difficult but if you want things to change, you have to change your approach. One definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, and expecting a different result. Give it a try and see what happens.
