Recently I have been asking my coaching clients a key question which is: What should I be doing more of – or less of – to improve the quality my life? Or you could limit it to one’s work life. It’s a question we should all ask ourselves periodically. And then, of course, once we have the answer, we should implement it rigorously. If you want your life – or your work life – to be even better, this is a great way to make it so.
