Simple Wisdom Tip #48: Implementation is Everything

I was on a conference call yesterday when someone said, “Implementation is everything.”  I have known that and believed in it for years but the way my colleague said it in such a simple, matter-of-fact way really hit home with me.  How many people dream big dreams and make great plans but … they never get around to accomplishing them.  It’s all about implementation.  This is a skill worth becoming excellent at.  The key for me is having a system to do so.  If you develop a solid system to ensure superb implementation, your work and your life will get better.
